The customers invited Alena Vlasova to make repairs in a typical two-room apartment for rent. The designer was given full carte blanche, the only condition was to make a bright, unbanal, but nevertheless cozy interior with a modest budget so that he could stand out in the rental market. The highlight of the project was the painting behind the headboard in the bedroom, as well as bright MDF panels with fragments of designer wallpaper.
The apartment has a typical layout. During the repair, the mezzanines hanging overhead were demolished, the old built-in wardrobe made of chipboard and the door to the kitchen were removed. Built instead of them a capacious dressing room. They decided to make the bedroom part-time an office, so they arranged a cozy working area there. In the living room, a seating area is not only on the sofa in front of the TV: you can also read a book, sitting comfortably in an armchair.
The kitchen was bought at Leroy Merlin, they managed with standard drawer sizes. All the basics fit: a built-in refrigerator, a three-burner hob, an oven, a kettle, a drying rack for dishes in the top drawer, three drawers for cutlery and pots, a separate section for supplies, it is convenient to store cereals and coffee with tea at the top. There is even a section for cookbooks. If desired, a microwave or a compact dishwasher will easily stand on the countertop. Separately, we bought beautiful and heavy bronze-colored brass handles, which greatly decorated the entire kitchen.
