The premium brand Boffi, which simultaneously specializes in the production of kitchens, bathrooms and storage systems, has joined forces with the furniture factory De Padova to offer new expanded capabilities for its collections with a designer kitchen. The company offers proprietary developments and sustainable design.
The style of Boffi DePadova can be described as technocraft – a combination of the traditions of Italian handcraft and advanced technologies in design. The Hide series was designed in 2014. Clear lines and perfect geometry demonstrate a handleless solution that perfectly matches the Upper boiserie system and the furniture series of the same name. The author of Hide, architect Piero Lissoni, says: “The aesthetic element is part of the alphabet that defines space.”
The architectural possibilities of Hide are numerous. The system includes a built-in hood and shelves, corner modules and open shelving, lamps and bottle racks. Integrated to blend harmoniously, Gaggenau built-ins help create a space marked by technological innovation and the highest functionality.
Hide is a kitchen designed for open spaces. Its name speaks for itself; if desired, the functional part can be hidden. Kitchen modules with all electrical appliances and accessories can be hidden with the Hide tall cabinet system. Their doors can be hinged, sliding or folding. In the design, when the doors are closed, all kitchen equipment and auxiliary devices (modules for washing, ironing, etc.) are hidden. The facades of the internal “hidden” part can be made of wood, varnish, various metals, the countertop is made of steel, wood, stone or composite. Any design options are possible.
